Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge - updated to 6.0.1 and have no mobile data "disabled" message

Updated to 6.0.1 last night and since then, no mobile data available - sim card says mobile data is on and enabled but when I go to any app, message is "mobile data disabled" message. Operates fine via wifi but not via Telstra network. Have only read about one other person who has this issue in Belgium (Michele). Have rebooted and reset the phone to no available, replaced battery and SIM card. Any ideas gratefully welcomed. Meg.
