Samsung Galaxy S7 active, status bar is gone and recent's doesn't work

[Android Central Question]

During the auto update my phone said it failed due to an interference. Now my status bar is gone and the recent's button doesn't work. I have already done a factory reset and started in safe mode and started it in debug mode and cleared my cached data and still nothing.. Can anyone help me out?
