Android Central Question
Hi,
Yesterday, my phone switched off roughly 30 min after I plugged it in to charge and got stuck at the Galaxy S7 logo start-up screen. I did a hard restart (volume down + power) and tried to switch it on again. It didn't work. The phone is completely dead since then, I don't even see the LEDs on. The batter had 60% at the time it died and I plugged it in again, but nothing changed. None of the other key combinations worked.
Since I still have a bunch of photos on the phone -- is there a way to recover them? I'm specifically asking if there's a way to manually open the phone and get that built-in storage device out. It must be a memory card or something, I assume? I did not add an extra memory card to the device.
Thanks so much!
