Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge ATT stuck at logo

My phone had been working fine for a while. Today I decided to check and see if phone was unlocked so I popped in a t-mobile sim. When I turned the phone on it wouldn't go past ATT logo. Anybody ever have this happen?.

Also its pulsating and I dont know how to turn it off

This happened to me with the Tmobile logo. I had to hold down the power button until the phone restarts.

How long did you hold it for because it's still stuck and pulsating

Well it eventually ran out of battery at least because that noise was amnoying

Anyway I found out how to get it into recovery and shut it down as well

It turns out that the guy who provided a service for me recenter had rooted my phone. Had no idea. Well he offered to revert back to stock for me. But on the smart switch app it asks for the serial number...that might need to be new thead of its own

I don't have the box and my phone is stuck at the att logo. ...HOW DO I FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER? ??

Is this the same phone that's blacklisted? I'd be sending it back and getting a refund.
