Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Verizon Visual Voicemail

Visual voice mail may be free on S7 but it doesn't work. I get an error saying "Sorry we ran into a problem with your order. Please call customer service at 800 922-0204 from a different phone to complete your order." i don't have a different phone and when I call I just get recordings that don't address the issue.

Have mobile data turned on? Since VVM runs over the data section of the network, has to be on to get it. Also, doesn't work with power saving mode on. Hope this helps.

You have 2 options: pay the installment, or pay the complete balance. you can't pay more toward your phone a month to get the balance down.

They said I could if I called in. Said pay any amount over the monthly bill due and call in noting extra to go toward the phone

Based on a recent call with customer service, I think that this is indeed the route to go. I was able to pre-pay above the allotted amount by calling it in.

I ended up staying with Tmobile. Verizon cost a lot more. Though they had better selection etc I wasn't happy with the huge price hike and other misc issues
