Help Please!! I've updated the Android system and patch released by carrier on Saturday 8th April - Then after that, the microphone and earphone doesn't work!
I can still connect to Bluetooth (in car and my Gear S3) and answer calls that way. But not via wired headset or the phone, as my voice will not go through.
Anyone else had similar problem??
What can I do short of a factory reset (I've got information I cannot lose and also not very good at backing up).
