Samsung Galaxy S8+ Incomplete Connection

[AC Question]

When I'm charging my Galaxy S8+ it says Incomplete Connection and causes the phone to charge really slow! The charger is fully plugged in and there's no other issue with the phone, I'm using the default box and cable that came with the phone I have no clue what the issue is. Please help, it's really annoying.

It's under warranty so I would get it exchanged. Sounds like a faulty charger or cable.

just got the same error message tried 2 different OEM chargers and 2 different OEM cables - only fast charges wirelessly now!
