Samsung Galaxy S8 plus wallet case

I have decided to try a wallet case for my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus and I'm wondering if the protection it provides can be compared to some of the leading "regular" cases.

Do you use wallet cases with your S8 plus? what case do you use? how do you feel it is doing protection-wise?

I use the Otterbox Commuter. I use it with a tempered glass screen protector. As for protection, I believe it offers some of the best protection for my new S8+. Yes it makes the phone a bit bulky but I can live with that for the protection it offers.

Are you thinking wallet like say one with the sliding back compartment?or one like with the folding cover?
For everyday use to work and home I use a Spigen thin fit, but I stuck a cubi ninja wallet thingy on the back of it to hold a debit card and my ID. That's my daily minimalistic setup.
