Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus keeping switching between LTE to LTE+ after screen replacement

Did you have t done by a repair shop? Bring it back and ask them to repair the damage they caused when they replaced the screen.

You did it yourself? Open it up again and check every wire. It sounds like a wire not fully connected or one pinched somewhere. (And if it was inched to ground, hope it didn't blow anything.)
