screenshot missing after update and as I am disabled I am unable to use power and volume option

Same problem with Note Pro 12.2 and am disabled, as well. Screenshot was a major reason for my choosing this, and I hv been unable to find any other means of copying things I need. Last Samsung product I'll ever purchase. They made trying to get GalaxyPerks a living nightmare, and have zero useful customer support. If I can't get screenshot back this is going to eBay

Is not lost friend.Only the button lost.You press the start button and the volume button together simultaneously.That´s it...CAREFUL!!! THE VOLUME BUTTON BELOW !!! i mean (-) .....the screenshot is ok as before without any problem...As for the update got right,not compared the ICS[4.0.3-4.04] with JB4.2.2,is much faster and better in all....{sorry for my english}
