When I turn my tab on it starts up as normal, shows the icons etc but when it comes to the screen where the SAMSUNG logo is shown it keeps freezing at this point!! Any ideas what I can do or is it past the point of fixing?? :-( :'(

Yes Ive got to that screen & tried a factory reset, it seems to be working at the moment, fingers crossed it stays that way
