samsung galaxy tab 2 70.1

I got my Samsung galaxy tab 2 70.1 for Christmas. When i first got it, it would charge while powered but now it wont charge unless its turned off. What do i do?

Are you charging it with the official charging block that came with the device? You can only charge and use it with the official one. If you hook it up to computer or some other charging block then you have to turn it off before it will charge. This is a Samsung thing.
