i have a problem on both devices and wondeing if this is a general issue.

i have an external sd card on both devices but when i transfer 10Gb of movie files to sd card anymore after this point they wont play the movie just comes up sorry unable to play this file???

can anyone help or am i unlucky and ended up with 2 dodgy devices.

it cant be the sd card as i have tried 2

What about file format? Have you tried downloading a third-party video player from the Play Store and see if that addresses your issue?

If there are no errors when transferring the video files you should be good to go.
