Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4

[AC Question]

I bought this device about two weeks ago. two days ago while using, it went totally out with black screen appeared . Now, it cannot be on or off and totally cant be used anymore. I was only deleting one e mail and then, the device went dead just like that.

Welcome to Android Central! You've tried pressing and holding the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to see if it starts up?

Since it's only 2 weeks old, I wouldn't spend much time trying to troubleshoot it--just bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange.
