Hi all, I have a very annoying problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.
A few days ago, I got a notification for a system upgrade. I did it and then, when the system rebooted, I was asked to enter a pattern and a back up code for reactivating my device when not used for more than 24 hours.
I entered a pattern (using always the same) and the back up pin. However, since I did it, when I don't use my tablet for 24 hours and want to reactivate the tablet, it won't recognise my pattern and locks my tablet for 30 sec, then 60sec, then 5 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 60 minutes. It doesn't offer me the back up pin or an option to reset my pattern.
I really don't know what to do. I have a few things on my tablet I really don't wanna lose so I'd rather avoid the factory reset.
