Samsung Galaxy tab s3 either charges very slow or not at all

This is another very recent issue with my tablet. I clear the RAM and close active applications, then I leave my tablet alone. It will go up 1% in about 20 mins. Or at times, if i'm charging it and decide to use it, it won't charge at all. (I think that may be my fault though, not a good idea to use your device while charging.)

Advice?
