Samsung gear 2 neo problem

OK just got a note 3 and gear 2 neo
Was working good for the first day I had it but the Samsung app store in the gear manager app will not open any thoughts?

Sorry if I posted in the wrong spot in forum couldn't find a gear forum

Strange. Not happening to me as I am using Notes 3 and Neo as well. Can you check your OS to make sure you have the latest?

I tried to update the gear (thought they may of updated it to fix problem) but it just updated and added in sleep app

Update
Fixed it by downloading the Samsung app store off the net onto my phone
