Samsung gear 2 neo

Hey guys I have a galaxy note edge and i paired it with a galaxy gear 2 neo everything works except the gallery and the s voice what can I do to fix it i paired the neo with my brothers 6s active and everything works on it even the s voice but when I connect it to mine the gallery and the s voice don't work if I can't fix it im going to sell it thx

Technically the gear 2 neo is not an Android Wear device, so I'm not sure if the post belongs here, but none the less.

Try to update the gear manager and related apps on your note. It seems to me that the phone is the issue there as it works fine on another device.

I think there was something about it in the Neo section, but can't remember. I never use it.

Go to the Non Android Wear, Samsung Smartwatches, there's a section for Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo.
Maybe an administrator can move this? But you might find the answer searching that forum.
