Samsung gear S2 unable to dial out or recieve calls from my watch.

I have a Gear S2 model SM-R720. When a call comes it i recieve it on my watch but can not answer. I swipe answer and it says, "check your phone". Same thing when placing a call. I can dial but it says placing the call on your phone.
