Samsung gs3 home screen lag when scrolling

Hello, I got the samsung gs3 and I'm very happy with it, but one thing that is really disappointing to see in such phone is the lag that I get when scrolling in the home screen.
I don't put it on power saving at all. what might be the reason ?

could just be the touchwiz launcher, download nova launcher and see if you get lag when flipping through the home screens , if you dont then you know it is just the touchwiz launcher

Could be because of a buggy Live Wallpaper. Try to change it.
