Samsung GT-I9082 DUOS, why am I unable to make any calls?

Samsung GT-I9082 DUOS

Hi There,

I am having an issue with my Samsung GT-I9082 DUOS where I have a prepaid airtime plan, where I have plenty of data and airtime credits and I can send and receive messages, but I can not make any calls, I can receive calls though.

The Mobile Data function is also not working, it comes on but goes off again almost rigth away.

Kindly assist.
