Samsung Gt-S7562 : Its not getting charged, the charge icon is not coming while charger plugged in

[AC Question]

The issue started few days before when I started using the USB charger from Laptop.
Meanwhile I used different chargers, and one fine day the charge icon which comes while charging
is not coming. What happened is the question?
Most probably the charge jack of the cell is disturbed.
But Your suggestions can help me to know the problem well and if some short solutions be given.

Welcome to Android Central! Laptop USB ports may not provide enough current to charge some devices if those devices are in use. Does your charging cable work if you us it to plug the device into a wall outlet? If not, then the cable or the charging port is faulty. Try using a different cable.

Does your phone charge with another test battery?
My issue is that my phone won't charge from the power outlet, but its charging very well from the USB of my laptop or the external USB port.
