Maybe, but maybe not. Something like this might have a lot of indirect effects down the line, ultimately affecting the production and distribution process.

It could have messed with the orders. The day after I ordered my phone I had gotten a strange message from my bank The name on the ID was saying Card Lost and my bank name. When I answered the phone the automatic knew my name and everything. When it started asking me questions I knew it was a scammer trying to get my info. My bank app would have alerted me if something happened to my card which it didn't. And when I checked my account nothing was going on. This could very well tie into the hack.

Could have shut their systems down as they investigate/patch what ever exploit got hacked and disrupted manufacturing along the line. It's hard to say how they were impacted but I still wouldn't expect it to cause much of a delay beyond a day at most.
