It no longer counts my miles when i choose biking or hiking. It gives me a countdown and starts. I then turn off the screen so i can put phone in my pocket.

Always worked fine until the 11 update.

I have location on while app being used.....

It counts all my steps......weird.

Are you using any other fitness apps in conjunction with Samsung? I have Samsung Health but exclusively use my Fitbit app. Make sure other fitness apps are disabled or turned off. Does this happen in Safe Mode? Have you restarted your phone to see if this could be a glitch? Odd that it will count steps and such but not perform another function of the app.

Funny, was just listening to Pandora and every time screen went off so did Pandora....

What am i missing.

Took awhile but got it figured out. Seems the newest update had decided to put a bunch of apps to sleep.
