Android Central Question

I'm not understanding why if I have ate 1 thing I'm over my calories. Intake by like 400. I ate 1 egg just one. And I'm way over. Someone please explain how that happens. This app is supposed to help us. Not confuse us. Make it simple people I dont have time to sit and do the math of all this stuff. Easy app my butt.
 
I use Samsung health for most everything but counting calories, no calorie counting app has ever been accurate or relevant to me.
 
Yes, this is really confusing and frustrating, but I noticed it's connected with a certain hour until when the app considers it's breakfast, lunch or dinner time. Anyway, I think this issue does not exist after the update.
