Samsung Infuse 4G , too many pattern attempts lock solution

Dear Friends
my son has accidentally tried wrong patterns on my galaxy infuse 4G ( SGH -I997R) and phone is locked. I have not set gmail account and its not working.
I tried all tips / tricks suggested by various peoples / youtube but none is working.
I dont want to factory reset handset and lose all data. Can someone help me to extract Data?

If you have Samsung Kies on your computer, you can use that client to backup any incremental information you so desire. Then you can factory reset the phone, as I don't know any methods used to unlock a locked phone, especially for your particular model.
