Save them to your computer and transfer them to the phone via USB. (Easiest way for me. I think you might also be able to use Bluetooth, but I've never tried.)

You can download them straight to the phone, just save the images and set them. If you really want to download via PC, then use the USB to move them or sync with Dropbox and download to phone.
