Samsung J3 not verifying my upi

[Android Central Question]

I have samsung j3 with a jio sim , and iam trying to create a google pay account.but my phone is not sending the verifying message to the bank. I thought it is my messaging app's problem. And tried to change it. But still this happened.not verifying.so i inserted my sim in a redmi phone and tried. And i was able to create the account in google pay and also in pay tm. I got my upi pin too. But after that when i inserted my sim into my j3; still it didnt verify my number with my account. I dont know what is the problem.someone please help me to solve it.

You try safe mode ? Possibly might have to factory reset .
