Samsung j3 pie update

My phone updated to android pie yesterday. I have not been able to send texts or call anyone or receive calls. Never had these issues before the update. If somebody calls me it rings once and goes straight to voicemail. I send texts and they fail.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, check in your settings if data was turned off , or APN needs to be toggled on ?
Does it show any service if you turn WiFi off ?

Data is on and apn is on apn 2. LTE internet. Apn is dulled out so you cant change it.
