Hi
This phone was given to me by a friend who bought a newer one.
I did a factory reset and now, when I turn it on, it always goes to boot mode with the information (at the bottom of the screen):
"fail to open recovery_cause (no such file or directory) #
Reboot Recovery Cause is unknown]
Manual mode v1. 0.0"
I choose "boot now" and the phone opens normally.
Thanks for any help
Regards

Nope. But the problem exposed there does not prevent the use of both the phone and the program.
Thanks
Regards

Hi
That's what I did when he gave me the smartphone.
As I have a backup made by "Smart switch", maybe I will do it again and then install the backup.
Thanks
Regards
Hopefully his account isn't still link to the device because it will ask for Google credentials when it starts up

So you highlighted factory reset and entered it? Or you just selected reboot from that menu , just need little clarification on it
I did a factory reset.
If I turn it off and turn it back on right after, the phone, some times opens normally. If it takes some time between turning it off and on, then it goes to the boot screen
Thanks
Regards
