Samsung Keyboard Stopping - Please help

I just got my S5 yesterday and in twitter every once in awhile I get a message saying Samsung Keyboard has stopped - I cleared the keyboard cache and reinstalled twitter. Any other suggestion?
 
Try clearing the system cache in recovery mode (Hold volume up + power + home for a few seconds). Use volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select options.
 
That did not fix the issue - I am able to repeat the error every time I do a search for a username and twitter and click the username it comes up - does this sound like a phone problem or a problem with twitter. I am not getting the error in any other app so far.
 
If it's only happening in that app I think it's probably an issue with the app and not your phone/keyboard. Tried clearing the cache for the Twitter app?
 
I uninstalled then reinstalled - can someone else try to search for a username on twitter with their galaxy s5 stock keyboard and click the name and let me know if they get the error?
 
I had the same issue until last night. There was a Twitter update yesterday evening and that fixed the problem.

Clear cache and data for Twitter.

Restart the device and install the update.

Restart the device again and that should fix it for you.

I am not seeing a twitter update and I did all of that - should I return my phone? - again this is only happening in twitter when I perform that one task of searching.
 
Try clearing cache and data for the keyboard. It's not a phone issue so returning it really shouldn't make a difference.

You may want to try a factory reset but only as a last resort.

Just did this. The error continues. Would exchanging help?

If that didn't fix it then it is definitely an issue with the app. Try one of the alternative apps for Twitter linked above. I've found that they're a lot better than the stock app anyway.

I don't think so. Not sure what else to do at this time. Do you get the error on a consistent basis or is it random?

I get it every time I do a search in twitter. I used my laptop and searched the error message I'm getting and someone said they were getting the error when they search as well. They posted their complaint on Twitter on July 25th and someone else on July 26. If its a device problem I don't want to miss my return window.
 
UJ95x I think may have the solution .... try an alternate app.
