I was forced to do a reset on my S5. I was just beginning to enjoy using Samsung Link at the time. After Resetting it to factory default I tried to reinitialize Samsung Link. When I clicked on the app I got the message that say's "Samsung Link needs to be updated for optimization. Otherwise the normal operation of your phone may be affected."
When I select update I get the message "Failed to Update Samsung Link. Check your network connection and try again"
I'm pretty sure I don't have a network issue as everything else works just fine as far as connecting to the internet or doing anything that requires use of data. I also deleted the app from my phone and re-installed as well as I went to the Samsung Link site online and made sure my IP address for my phone was not being blocked. That seemed to be all good.
Appreciate any help with this.
