Samsung Mega Wont turn on anymore? please help

Hi so i have a samsung mega 6.3 from at&t and today i decide to restart the phone but the phone never turned on anymore i tried taking the battery off for a couple a seconds and i tried charging it but nothing shows up in the screen. what is it?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say that you decided to restart the phone, do you mean a simple power off/power on, or a factory reset?\

Try pressing and holding the power button for about 15-20 seconds.

I just decide to restart the phone like a power off then on. I tried that but no luck

The battery might have failed. Try a new one, if possible. You can confirm a battery problem by taking it out, placing it flat on a table, and trying to spin it. If it spins freely, it's bulging in the middle, which is a bad sign. But even if it doesn't spin, it could be a problem, so the absence doesn't rule it out.

Did you attempt to charge it prior to powering up? Is it an OEM battery or at least something with good reviews?

yes its an oem battery i charged it for 30 mins but nothing shows on the screen

Are you able to power up into recovery? if so you may not be completely out of luck.

Hi , I have a samsung mega 6.5 from sprint and my screen show for give update and i did it and now my phone dont turn on , just turn on when i plug to the charger but in one min turn off again
