Question Samsung Modes &Routines - I'm Clueless

Hello!
I hope someone can help with this as I really have no idea how to set up Samsung's M&R's. I'm on the elderly side, my memory is no longer what it used to be and I can find it difficult to focus so please be patient!
I've never used (or wanted/needed) to use this feature before but ideally I would like to set times for mobile data to be turned off and on if anyone can help? (that is if it's possible).

Hi. What phone do you have?
Is it a regular schedule that you want to turn off your mobile data? Do you also want to turn off wifi at the same time?

Thanks for the reply but after much, much stressing over a day I've FINALLY figured it out!
I never used to be this slow on the uptake but phew!
