samsung moment sync trouble

i cant get my moment to sync right with my pc. im running windows 7. when i plug the device up to the pc, it reads that a device is connected but i cannot open it (just says please insert drive). and ideas what might fix this

Yes! You must go into developer mode and DIS-able Debug mode for the 'USB Drive'. This primarily effects Windows 7 x64!

What are you syncing it to? I'm curious, because I can't get mine to sync (using Samsung PC Studio 3).

Can I connect my Moment to my desktop?

Is there a program that will allow me to view my files on my desktop from my Moment? I know I can see my emails, contacts, and calendar; but I would like to be able to access my files as well.
