Samsung Note 10.1, why am I unable to open documents?

Samsung note 10.1

Not able to open documents , as receiving message as only documents from other goods dynamics application can be opened.

I'm sorry, I've read this and the many other posts you have made and do not understand. In one post you state you can't open docx and PDF files. Do you have MS Word and Adobe reader installed as these are necessary to open those files? I have no idea what a goods dynamics application is.
