samsung note 10.2 to samsung galaxy s3

I have downloaded apps from play store onto my note and have paid for some but is there a way of me putting them on my samsung galaxy phone without having to pay for them again?

Once you have purchased an app from the google play store, the purchase will be remembered whenever you download the app again. obviously you would need to be on the same google account when you download.
