Samsung note 10+ turns off when on a call

Hi there,
Does anyone have the same issue that i just got recently.
My new galaxy note 10+ turns off after i am on a call around 4-6 minutes?

Specially when the battery is less than 60%

They gave me a new phone, but a want to know the issue.

are you still having the issue on the new phone? and just guessing, could be tied to your lower battery.

Thanks all for your comments. I am testing it now. It seems ok with the new phone as I have not updated the software for it. It will let you know if i still have this issue.
