samsung Note 2, Not registered on the Network error..

Good Day i need help here, i bought i Samsung Note 2 from someone and it was running on firmware 4.1.2 and after updating it with Kies to 4.4.2 i cannot make calls anymore, it gives me error "Not registered to a Network"

Make sure the upgrade did not put the phone in to airplane mode. Make sure your cellular signal is turned on. IF that does not fix it, then you might need to tweak your APN settings. Normally your SIM card will set these automatically, but sometimes you need to do it manually. You will need to get the settings for your provider.
