Samsung Note 2 - System status is Custom - HELP!

A

AC Question

Hi

My system status is shown as Custom and it keeps me from being able to update my phone. I checked in Odin mode,
Knox security void :0
Custom binary download: NO
Current Binary: Samsung official
System status: Custom
RP SWREV: A2

I also tried to delete cached data and factory reset it using the Power+Home+Vol.Down(don't know for sure) buttons...
And nothing worked.

I tried to restore some files in the past and the program required my phone to be rooted and I don't know if I did anything but when I install SuperSU and Triangle Away is says that I need root access so I figure I didn't root my phone. And I didn't go through with it when I was trying to restore files when it asked for root access.

What should I do?
I want to have Official/Normal system access.
