Samsung Note 20 return problem

I always video the entire process. Learned that lesson when Verizon punked me for a phone returned.
I learn that from here in the forums from past experience. Now i do this for anything ill return.
 
Looks like problem solved. A live chat rep confirmed the phone was received via fedex and initiated a refund. Thanks to all who responded with suggestions.
 
Usually talking to Samsung chat reps does the trick. I have had a similar issue before from Samsung saying my refund was denied. There wasn't any reason other than it being denied and that it was being sent back to me. I spoke to customer service and it was resolved I think either later that day or the next day.

I have found in personal experiences that Samsung is a lot easier to deal with than carriers directly.
