Samsung note 3 google play store timeout.

[Android Central Question]

so my samsung note 3 has this problem where i cant access the play store, although i can login and access the google app just fine. My browser also works but websites like apkpure and apptoide wont even load. And every other device in the house works just fine.

I have tried clearing cache both from the individual applications and from the recovery mode thing

I have done multiple factory resets and have rebooted my router.

I also think that the white box thing (I dont know what its called but im pretty sure that its not a router) is the problem since before it was replaced, my note 3 was working just fine and my note 3 works fine if i connect to a mall wifi or use data. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried testing your phone on a different wi-fi network, like a public network at your local library or coffeehouse?

Hello, its me the OP. Yes i have tried connecting to another network and it works, i can access the google play store and download apps

If it worked at your home before swapping whatever that white box is, and it works in other places but still does not work at your home after swapping that box then the culprit is probably that new box.

hmmm is there anyway i can fix this? I dont want to replace the box since it would cost a ton, plus every other device in this house does not have a problem with the new box, just the note 3.

Try rebooting the white box. Is there anything printed on the box so we can identify it?

Besides the company that gave me the white box, nothing else is there
