I restart my phone last night when it turned on the screen was blank. I turned on and off many times but still it did not work. I only used voice command to be able to use my samsung note 3.
Just now, I tried to call my husband using voice command and gladly the screen went back to normal. However some of the apps are gone like whatsapp, google, instagram and others. I was trying to download some of the apps but sadly the PLAY STORE IS NOT WORKING. The internet is connected but is not also working.
Moreover, i tried to take photos but the photos were not in the gallery.
