I think the digitizer broke down. Have you dropped the phone, submerged it to water?

Just fyi, the S=Pen isn't like a plastic finger. There's an additional layer in the screen that it interacts with, almost like NFC. If that layer is working but the digitizer isn't, you get "S-Pen working, finger not working", as you have.
