Samsung Note 4: Can't find saved photos from text messages. Where do they go when they are saved?

Samsung Note 4: Can't find saved photos from text messages

I get photos in text messages. I click the little disk thing at the top and it says attachment copied to device storage. I go through all my folders and they are not there. If I store it 2 times and change the name the 2nd time it will save it in the download folder. But where do they go the first time they are saved?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you checking the Download folder using MyFiles, or the Downloads app?
