Samsung Note 4 phone and a Samsung Tablet 2014_Outlook app doesn't work

I have a Samsung Note 4 phone and a Samsung Tablet 2014 and I cannot get Outlook app work on both the 2 devices.

Is anybody able to help or give advices since Microsoft are completely helpless.

I have outlook installed on both my Note 4 and my Note Pro 12.2. Works well.
