I have bought it today. I bought it used for 2 months. The front cam has a zoom. Even though it indicats 1.0x the picture is much zoomed in.

The lens on the front camera is definitely different than the one in the back, which might make it look like it's zoomed in, but it shouldn't be that different. If you feel like it is too different, then maybe posting an example would help.
