Samsung Note 5 with mysterious Bluetooth functions since Marshmallow on ATT

My Note 5 is on ATT and they just pushed out the Marshmallow update only about a month ago. Since then, my Bluetooth keeps turning on while the screen is black, but when I wake it up to full function, it only remains on for a few seconds. It's killing my battery life. I've turned off device search, so it shouldn't be looking for my earpiece. I've turned off Bluetooth itself, and it still shows off, but it's activating anyway. Is there a way to list all programs recently accessing the Bluetooth function? I rolled back the Samsung Print program, thinking the new update might have introduced a bug, but the problem persists. This did not occur at all under Lollipop; only since the Marshmallow update.

Go to your location settings and there is a menu that says improve accuracy. Make sure the bluetooth scanning option is off.
