Samsung Note 8 Can’t Play Videos and View Images

I have used my Samsung Note 8 to take photos and record videos yesterday. Everything is fine at first, but after a few hours, the videos are unable to play and some of the photos I couldn’t view it. For video, it shows “Failed to play video. An unknown error has occurred.”, while for image it just shows the ! icon.
Meanwhile, I didn’t install any Google+ app in my phone. Need help on this urgently!!! Thank you so much!

Plug it in to a computer and see if you can see them. Also, are you using a microSD card? If so, brand and size.

Already plugged into the laptop but still unable to view them. Is there any ways to help me in recovering all the photos and videos? I’m using a SanDisk SD card (32gb) which provided by the original Samsung Centre together with the phone when I bought it. Please do help me in this issue as all the videos are very important to me! You can also try reading to card with a USB microSD card reader.

can you copy them to the computer and play them? Those look like corrupted files. You might be able to fix them.
broken record, but always ALWAYS back up. I lost twenty minutes of wedding video because of a bad transfer and I didn't double check.
