Samsung Notes - Rotate Selection?

Hi,
I'm new to Android - I have a note9 - I've seen a few videos of Samsung notes in action, also S.-Note too. what I can't understand is in SNote you can rotate selections but I can't figure out if you can in Samsung Notes.
Is there a way? - seem like a basic tool or am I the tool?

FYI, there is a Note9 forum but this is the S9/S9+ area.

For your question, click on the picture in your Samsung Note.
Near the bottom of the screen you will see a tool bar with "Adjust" on the left and "Draw" on the right.
Click on "Adjust" and you will see the option to "Rotate".
